Defining Folder-Based Parametric Fields

Parametric fields can be defined on the basis of folders. After setting the parameter value no. 109 from the document parameters to yes;

When you select a folder from the EYS > Document Operations > Folder Definition menu, you can create a parametric field from the menu content by clicking the 'Edit Parametric Fields' option at the top right.

The parametric field you have created will come into the "Parametric Fields" tab as an atab when you prepare / revise the document. This field will only appear in operations performed in this folder
