Microsoft Word documents have a 'Track Changes' feature. This definition is a feature that allows tracking of changes made to a document. It records and shows all kinds of changes (additions, deletions, format changes, etc.) made to the document, especially in text editing and writing.
When the Word document with track changes defined is uploaded to QDMS Document Management, when viewing the document as a pdf on the screen, the document parameter no. 143 must be made yes to see the track changes settings in the pdf. When the parameter is made yes, the system will show the changes in the pdf in the same way as it shows the changes with track changes in the original word file.
