Document Management - Controlled/Uncontrolled Copy Watermarking

When printing in Document Viewing, if the print format is pdf, you can automatically print a watermark inside the pdf. For this operation, you can use parameters 10 and 11 from the document parameters.

Parameter 10 (Label to be Printed on Controlled Copies): When data is entered into this parameter value; When you enter the relevant document from the document viewing menu and print out the PDF with the 'Print Controlled Copy' button at the top, the parameter is written on the document as a watermark. In addition, with the document parameters numbered 71,72,73,74, definitions such as font, size, angle, color of the written text can be changed.

Parameter 11 (Label to be Printed on Uncontrolled Copies): When data is entered into this parameter value; When you enter the relevant document from the document viewing menu and print out the PDF with the 'Print' button at the top, the parameter is written on the document as a watermark.
