Opening Döf Actions check Message body Definition

System infrastructure definitions>Bsat>Configuration settings>Sub Module Identification menu. On the gleen screen, click on the area with Sub module no 4 and submodule description DÖF Action Opening and press the change button on the top right.

In the Flow definition field, select DÖF Closure Confirmation.

You will need to make the identification here as the message definitions to be used in the following fields are not automatically available in your system.

Confirmation OK Message

Confirmation Rejection Message

System infrastructure definitions;>Bsat>Definitions>Enter the message body definition menu. Select the döf module from the filter field in the upper left and press the search button on the top right. Then press the add button and make the definitions we have forwarded in the attachment one by one.

After the definitions are made, go to the sub-module definition menu and click on the Döf action acum confirmation with change, select the following message definitions on the screen that comes up and press save again.

Approval Request Message =DÖF Request for Approval to Open an Action

Approval OK Message =DÖF Action Opening Confirmation Has Been Given

Approval Rejection Message = DÖF Action Opening Approval Not Given

If you also tick the Don't Approve If the Approver Initiates, the system will still send it for approval even if the person who opens the Döf action is one of the approvers of the DÖF action opening. For this reason, we recommend ticking.
