Document Management - Parameter 129

In the draft document (Approval/Control/Opinion) processes;

When any task is entered, the system automatically opens the document information. If it is desired to open the document automatically when any task is entered in the draft process, the document parameter value no. 129 should be made yes.

When the parameter value is yes; When the Approval/Control/Opinion tasks are entered, the system will automatically open the document in a pop-up. In order to open the document in the pop-up, the viewing format of the document must be PDF. If the viewing format is pdf, the system will automatically download the document in its original format.

When opened as a PDF, there is also a 'Confirmation' button at the top of the pop-up. The user can approve the document without closing the pop-up screen.
