Document Management - Parameter 138

In the Document Viewing menu, users bring 3 folders named 'Documents I Can Read', 'Documents I Distribute' and 'Documents I Approve' at the bottom of the folder structure.

These folders list the documents that the relevant user has permission to read, that are in the distribution matrix and that are in the approval matrix.

If it is not desired to display these 3 folders on the document display screen, the document parameter no. 138 should be done yes. Yes, when done, folders will not appear on the document view screen.
