Suggestion Feedback Feature

In cases where the staff member giving the recommendation does not have a computer, it is the mechanism used to communicate the result of the recommendation to the person. The task of communicating the result of the proposal to the proposer lies with the person who makes the recommendation expert evaluation.

If the feedback parameter (recommendation parameter 20) is active, if the proposal is rejected during the expert evaluation phase, the Expert Evaluator has the duty to Feedback. After the expert communicates this to the recommender, they can close this task by coming to the QDMS.

Likewise, when the Proposal is accepted, the Recommendation Specialist is tasked with feedback. The recommendation specialist can turn off this task in QDMS after they communicate to the recommender that the recommendation has been accepted. Select the Feedback Date, the person to whom the Feedback is being made, and then click
button and the Feedback job is performed.
