Document Management - Parameter 123

When the document process is advanced in Document Management, if there is a 'Passive position' or 'Position with a vacant position' in the matrices of the document, the system will display '.. Undefined Code in the Matrix..' Here, the person performing the transaction must remove or edit the position in the corresponding matrix.

In addition, if the parameter value no. 123 is set to yes, the process can be advanced even if there is a relevant position in the system, authorization and distribution matrix. When the parameter is yes, the system will bring up a "Continue Ignoring Undefined Code Information" option under Other actions in the Authorization and Distribution matrix tabs.

When this option is selected during the document process, transactions can be made without warning. This option must be checked for each process step. As a permanent solution, the relevant position should be regulated.
