Automatically adding records to the authority matrix

The corresponding user groups are automatically defined, as they are also in the distribution matrix. A position or group of users in the distribution matrix must have read privileges in the authorization matrix because the task of reading will automatically fall.  The system does this automatically. If you want to delete a position or user group from the authority matrix, you must also remove the position or user group from the distribution matrix.
