Status Menu Definition

System infrastructure definitions > Relevant Risk Module > Status Menu Definition Go to the menu named.

In this menu, you can define a new menu by pressing the new button. You can select the statuses of which status the records will be displayed in the relevant menu. If all statuses will be displayed in this menu, you can select all statuses.

After this process; Integrated management system > Related Risk Module > A menu will be created with the name you give. In the menu that appears, you can view the records of the status you have selected.

Note: In the Status Menu Definition menu, after defining the relevant menu, you need to define authorization for the relevant authorization groups if you want which users to see this menu.

In the appendix, I provide sample and detailed information about the menu authorization definition.

User menu authorizations on the QDMS application are provided through authorization group matching with the user group they are connected to.

You can check and find the value opposite the user group to which the user is connected via the System infrastructure definitions>Bsat>Definitions>User authorizations definition menu.

System infrastructure definitions>Bsat>Definitions>You can define the relevant menu with the ">" button after selecting the authorization group to which it is connected via the authorization group definition menu and clicking the change button at the top right.

After adding and saving the menu, we kindly ask you to press ctrl+f5 on the My jobs waiting for QDMS application page.
