Document Management - Parameter 152

In the replacement processes used in the document; A different tag information can be automatically printed instead of a tag. For this, the parameter value 152 from the document parameters should be used. The paramete value is a list-type field and takes the definitions of 'Code' and 'Value'. Here, definitions such as 1,2,3,4.. can be used for the code definition. Determine which tags will be matched to each other for the value definition. (Example Value Definition:REV_TARIHI=ONAY_TAR)

To explain with an example here, The REV_TARIHI tag is used as a tag in the documents you upload to the system. This tag replaces the data kept in the 'Revised Date' field in the document. However, it was then requested to replace this tag with the date when the document was last approved and published, not the revised date.

Here, when Code: 1 and Value: REV_TARIHI = ONAY_TAR information are entered and saved in the parameter value no. 152, the system It automatically converts all REV_TARIHI information in the document into ONAY_TAR information. Let's assume that your document has a revised date of 11/5/2024 and your approval date is 11/19/2024. When the parameter is used in this way, the REV_TARIHI tag in the document will return the date information 19.11, not the 05.11 information.
