Display of Sub-Actions

In our QDMS version 5.24, in order for the sub-actions to be listed on the action pen planning page, it is necessary to select the "List Sub-Actions" option in the Search tab and press the "Search" button. On the first launch of the action item planning page, the sub-actions are not listed directly.
