Document - Translator Feature
When preparing a document, if it is expected to be translated into other languages and this translation work will fall from the QDMS as a task, a translator can be assigned. First, your parameter value 69 from the document parameters should be yes. When the parameter is set to yes, the button to assign a translator for each language comes to the document tab during the document preparation phase.
In order for this button to work, after saving the save document button at the top right, you can enter the 'Stored Documents' task that falls on your pending work and assign a translator through this button. You can assign a translator to each language. In addition, you can enter the folder where you prepare the document from the folder definition menu, select the user / user group to be reflected in the document in the mandatory language files field in the folder settings tab, and ensure that this user / user group comes automatically during the document preparation phase.
When you make the assignment, a task falls as a document to be translated to the user or user group you assigned, the document remains stored in the person who prepared it for the original language in the meantime, The translator translates through the task waiting for him/herself, uploads the translated file and sends it. in this case, the original document is served as Translated Documents to the author. From this task, he takes the translated file and attaches it to the document where the original original file is located.
In addition, when you send the document to the person who will check it, the person who will check it can assign a translator to the document, and when you do this, the task is returned to the person who prepared it as a stored document. When the process is completed, the person who prepared it will be able to send the document to the control again.
