This button is only available 1.document module managers, 2.RESPONSIBLE AND DISTRIBUTION OFFICERS IN THE CONTROLLED COPY MATRIX 3.One of the Config--Parameters--Filter--Document Module Parameters can be seen by the people in the user groups written in the parameter "User Groups That Can Print Controlled Copies (If more than one, separate with a comma))" which is the parameter number 118.

If the person who sees this button is not responsible or distribution responsible for the controlled copy matrix on the document but sees this button, he is either attached as the document module manager in the SAT--Config--Administrator Identification or depends on the user groups mentioned in the parameter mentioned in point 3. Can you revisit it that way.
