I changed the question but it doesn't appear in the control

If the questions are changed in the audit module, the relevant change is not reflected in the existing controls. It will only be reflected in new audits.

Therefore, in case of changes to the questions or the question list, you must re-add the control associated with the question list under the plan. After you re-add it, you'll see that the issue you provided changes to is up to date.
