Deactivating risk detail records?

System infrastructure definitions>Related risk module>Enter the relevant risk module parameters menu. On the screen that appears Update the "Will Status Be Used?" parameter value to "Yes".

After marking the parameter as "Yes" and saving it, you can now deactivate your risk records. Integrated management system>Relevant risk module> Relevant risk module Enter the form in the menu. On the screen that appears, select the main form with the detail form you want to deactivate and press the button named "Details" at the top left. Select the desired record from the detail records listed in front of you, press the update button at the top left and click on the page that appears. On the isk detail page, the "Status" field will appear. You can select the passive option from the "Status" field for risk records that you do not use or do not need, and that are no longer available. In this case, the system will continue to store the relevant records in a passive state, and users will not view the passive risk records on the details page. Passive records can be displayed when the search button is pressed by selecting the passive option from the status field from the filter tab. In this scenario, there is no approval flow, a user who has the authority to update the risk can deactivate the risk record.
