Use of Due Date

First of all, we need to give a brief information about the deadline on the döf. The deadline date entered on the DÖF record ensures that the work to be done on the DÖF record is not planned beyond this date. Instructurally, the deadline date is in the sense of information other than this feature.

When we check the content of the e-mail you transmitted, it is due to the delay of the "DÖF Root Cause Analysis / Action Planning" task. Even if the deadline does not pass, the system will send a delay mail when the user who will perform the task on a DÖF record is delayed. The deadline does not have the ability to control the plan duration of the tasks and to prevent the sending of delay mails. The deadline is relevant to the entire record.  In QDMS application, delay e-mails are task-based. For example, let's assume that the deadline for registration of the Döf is 10.01.2021. Let's assume that the team leader and team members who have received the approval to open the DÖF record are waiting for the task of writing a progress report. In my pending work, the tasks have a "Planned Transaction date". From this date, it can be calculated with parameterized adjustments and reflected in the task. Assume that the task of writing a progress report has a planned transaction date of 1/4/2021. If the team leader and team members do not perform this task by this date, the task will be delayed on 05.01.2021 and the delay e-mails will be forwarded depending on the parameters. The deadline date will not have a restriction on the generated delay mail because the deadline date is relevant to the entire record. The task that is delayed is the task of writing a progress report of the record.
