Position Properties

The properties for the positions are listed here. When a new feature is desired to be added to the position definitions, a selection will be made from this field.

Clicking on the Position properties heading lists any position properties that have already been added in the side panel. This list of position properties can be searched, existing position properties can be sorted, an existing property can be mandated or the property can be removed from the position property list. In addition, a record defined in the "Properties" screen can be added as a position property by pressing the "New" button.

Addition of New Position Feature

Clicking on the New button in the upper left corner of the screen where the position properties are listed will open the list of properties previously defined on the "Properties" screen. A record created as a position property is selected from this list.

The selected record is added to the list of position properties.

After this process, clicking on the "Positions" field under the "Human Resources" heading and entering the details of any position will see that the newly added position feature has been added to the position details page. For each position, this property value becomes definable.
