User Properties

The properties that belong to users are listed here. When a new property is desired to be added to the user definitions, this field will be selected.

Examples of user features are; Many extra property definitions such as external username, blood type, photo, phone number, address, language, digital signature certificate identifier can be created.

Clicking the User properties heading lists any user properties that have already been added in the side panel. This list of user properties can be searched, existing user properties can be sorted, an existing property can be mandatory, or the property can be removed from the list of user properties. In addition, a record defined on the "Properties" screen can be added as a user property by pressing the "New" button.

Addition of New User Feature

Clicking the New button in the upper right corner of the screen listing the user properties will open the list of properties previously defined in the "Properties" screen. A record created as a user property is selected from this list.

The selected record is added to the list of user properties.

After that, clicking on the "Users" field under the "Human Resources" heading and entering the details of any user will show that the newly added user feature has been added to the user details page. For each user, this property value becomes definable.
