Group Features
Properties for user groups are listed here. This field will be selected when a new property is desired to be added to the group definitions.
Clicking the User group properties heading lists any group properties that have already been added in the side panel. This list of group properties can be searched, existing group properties can be sorted, an existing property can be mandatory, or the property can be removed from the group property list. In addition, a record defined on the "Properties" screen can be added as a group property by pressing the "New" button.
Addition of New User Group Feature
Clicking on the New button in the upper left corner of the screen where the group properties are listed will open the list of properties previously defined on the "Properties" screen. A record created as a group property is selected from this list.
The selected record is added to the list of user group properties.
After that, clicking on the "User Groups" field under the "Human Resources" heading and entering the details of any user group will show that the newly added group feature has been added to the group details page. For each user group, this property value becomes definable.
