Title Properties

The attributes of the titles are listed here. When a new property is desired to be added to the title definitions, a selection will be made from this field.

Clicking on the Title properties heading lists any title properties that have already been added in the side panel. This list of title attributes can be searched, existing title attributes can be sorted, an existing attribute can be mandatory, or the attribute can be removed from the title attribute list. In addition, a record defined in the "Properties" screen can be added as a title attribute by pressing the "New" button.

Addition of New Title Attribute

Clicking on the New button in the upper left corner of the screen where the title properties are listed will open the list of properties previously defined on the "Properties" screen. A record created as a title property is selected from this list.

The selected record is added to the list of title properties.

After this process, clicking on the "Titles" field under the "Human Resources" heading and entering the details of any title will see that the newly added title attribute is added to the title details page. For each title, this property value becomes definable.
