7. Authorization Manager Menu

Authorization menu to edit authorizations, authorization groups and authorization roles used in the eBA system usable. In Figure 60, the Authorization Manager menu is clicked to open the Authorization menu. There are 4 different authorization types in the eBA system: System, Web, Workflow Studio, System Manager and Process.

Figure 61 shows the privileges of the System. These privileges are default and cannot be deleted or modified. Under the System, Web, Workflow Studio, System Manager and Process sections, the authority definitions and descriptions are listed and the authority groups are included.

To add a new role, in Figure 62, click the Roles icon in field 1, and then click the Add New Role button.

In Figure 63, the code of the role to be added to the Code field is annotated in the Description field. The authorization type is selected from the Category field. After the authorizations to be granted from the field number 2 are marked, the icon in the field number 3 is assigned the clicker authorizations.

To delete the assigned authorizations, in Figure 64, the icon in field 2 is clicked after marking the authorization to be deleted from the authorizations listed on the right. Click the OK button to save the authorization.

To delete the added role, in Figure 65, click the Delete button next to the corresponding role.

User-based authorization is made from the User Roles area, position-based authorization from the Position Roles area, title-based authorization from the Title Roles area, department-based authorization from the Department Roles area, and user group-based authorization from the Group Roles area. In Figure 66, click User Entitlements List in field 1 to see what privileges are defined for users. Click on the user icon in field 2 and click the Filter button after the user is selected.

Figure 67 lists the privileges that have been granted to the selected user.
