Work Orders Pre-Notification Settings

SAT > Device Management > Email Settings > Roles with the "email go" option selected in the Device Pre-Notification menu with the message body selected in the "message subject" field;

If the "Pre-Notification Period" field is filled in the IAS > Device Management > Device Identification > Transaction Types menu in the operation type defined on the device, the system is based on the value written here.

If the pre-notification period field is not full;

In the Process Policy field, the operation is done internally from the device module parameters for the selected devices;

The value written in the parameter value "How many days notice of work orders (Made inside)" is

In the Process Policy field, the operation is done externally from the device module parameters for the selected devices;

Based on the value written in the parameter value "How many days notice of work orders (made inside)", a pre-notification mail / reminder mail is sent according to the future transaction date defined on the device.
